Chairman
Dr. Patrick Ndiomu has over 35 years' experience in the Oil and Gas sector. He has headed the Gasoline desk of two of the largest petroleum trading outfits in the United Kingdom (UK), namely Projector and Trafigura. He also worked for over 10 years with Mobil Oil UK (now Exxon/Mobil) where he served in key positions such as Technical Manager CNG, Products Trader in Supply and Trading. He worked as Analytical Services Manager in the Coryton Refinery, UK and currently serves as the Managing Director of Southfield Petroleum Limited.

Acting Managing Director
Engr. Pius Bawa is the Acting Managing Director of SPL Utorogu Limited, bringing nearly two decades of extensive experience in multidisciplinary engineering, project execution, and design management within Nigeria's oil and gas industry. A registered engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), he has established a strong reputation for delivering complex infrastructure projects across both onshore and offshore environments. Over the course of his career, Engr. Bawa has successfully managed high-impact projects for both International Oil Companies (IOCs) and National Oil Companies (NOCs), demonstrating strong leadership in the development of critical production infrastructure. Notably, he played a key role in the execution of major projects within ExxonMobil's Nigerian operations under the Nigerian Projects Organization (NPO). As Acting Managing Director of SPL Utorogu Limited, Engr. Bawa provides strategic leadership for the development of the Utorogu Gas Processing Plant, a flagship project aligned with Nigeria's gas monetization drive and the Federal Government's Decade of Gas initiative.

Non-Executive Director
He currently serves as the Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), boasting a distinguished career spanning nearly three decades in engineering, primarily within Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL). His tenure at CNL included pivotal roles such as Construction Services Group Superintendent, where he oversaw a team of 200 personnel, comprising Nigerian nationals and expatriates. Throughout his tenure, Engr. Ogbe has demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing offshore projects and overseeing construction activities in Lagos, Escravos-Warri, and San Ramon, California, USA. His extensive international experience and in-depth knowledge of engineering practices have been instrumental in advancing local content development and in-country value retention initiatives within Nigeria’s vibrant oil and gas industry. In addition to his professional achievements, Engr. Ogbe has been actively involved in the strategic development of policies aimed at enhancing industrial capabilities and promoting sustainable development across the sector.

Non-Executive Director
Dr. Abdulmalik Halilu (PH.D, FNIM, PMP) is the General Manager, Research and Statistics at Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB). He is responsible for providing credible database on local content indicators to drive investment decisions, policy formulation and performance reporting with the Board. He is tasked with facilitating development of local technology, innovation, process enhancement and knowledge capital through enhancement of local research and development capabilities. He has a B. Tech in Agriculture Technology from the Federal University of Minna as well as a Master’s degree in Development Studies from Nigeria Defense Academy.

Non-Executive Director
She is the Managing Partner of Hamu Legal, an innovative multi-disciplinary firm based in Abuja. Her practice is focused on the intersection of law, policy and emerging technology. With an in-depth understanding of the Nigerian legal system she has advised clients across various industries including banking, fintech, real estate, energy, intellectual property, asset acquisition, and project financing. Saadatu has cutting-edge understanding of regulatory compliance requirements operationalizing companies in Nigeria. In recognition of her contribution to nation-building and public impact at an early stage, she was selected as one of the 2016 Associate Fellows of the Nigeria Leadership Initiative (NLI), she is also an Alumni of the Nelson Mandela School of Public Governance University of Cape Town Emerging African Leaders Program, and has a Master’s Degree in National Security from Georgetown University Law Center, Washington DC, USA

Independent Non-Executive Director
She is a seasoned professional in the energy sector with extensive experience in corporate strategy, business development, and operational management. Her career highlights include roles such as Managing Director at MRS Oil Nigeria PLC, where she directed financial policies and strategic business plans, ensuring compliance and fostering growth. As Group Sales & Marketing Manager at MRS Oil and Gas Limited, she excelled in profit and loss management, capital investment planning, and customer profitability analysis, driving expansion and market leadership. Priscilla’s leadership extends to industry associations like the Institute of Directors (IOD) and the Women in Energy Network (WIN), reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and leadership in energy sector innovation and sustainability.

QHSE Manager
Ejiro Solomon Oghenebrume is a seasoned Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) professional with over 20 years of experience across the oil and gas, marine, construction, and EPCIC sectors, covering both onshore and offshore operations. He currently serves as QHSE Manager at SPL Utorogu Limited, providing strategic leadership for QHSE activities supporting the safe operation of a 200 MMSCFD gas processing facility at OML 34, Utorogu.He specializes in the development and implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001–compliant Integrated Management Systems, with strong expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, incident investigation, and safety leadership. Ejiro has delivered high-risk projects for major operators including ExxonMobil, Chevron, SPDC, and NLNG, and is widely recognized for driving zero-harm objectives and proactive safety cultures.
