Purchase completed with approved Certificate of Occupancy (CofO).
Land Reclamation
95% completed and progressing.
Front End Engineering Design (FEED)
Completed. Fit-for-purpose amine unit design.
Licenses & Permits Obtained
License to Establish (LTE), License to Relocate (LTR), License to Construct (LTC), Permit to Survey (pipeline route survey completed), ESIA completed, NCMDB NCEC Certificate, and GMOU signed with host community.
Balance of Plant
All storage tanks and terminal loading fully paid for. Tanks currently at Onne Port with customs clearance ongoing.
Financial Audits
Audit reports completed by PwC for 2022, 2023, and 2024.
Financing in Place
$44M bank debt accepted: $39M for equipment purchase and $5M for shrinkage payment.
